How do I qualify to be in the Prom Registry and in the book? To qualify, the applicant must be a full time student at an accredited high school. The applicants must have participated in the prom activity and duly crowned as King, Queen, Prince or Princess by the school’s Prom Committee. To qualify, the student must (a) complete the Online Registration Form (b) Mail/fax to us a completed, signed and stamped copy of the Certification Application Form. This form may be downloaded from our website. The form must be signed by the schools Principal, Vice Principal or the teacher in-charge of student affairs or social affairs.
Will the registry be available online to the public? Yes
What information will be in the publication? The publication will include the following: (1) Your name (2) Your nickname (Optional) (3)Your Year of birth (4) Name and address of your high school (5) title of Your Prom Poem (Your category; e.g. Senior Prom Queen or Junior Prom Queen and (6) Date of Coronation .
Will I be able to get a copy of the publication? Yes. Once your membership is completed and you are admitted into membership, you will be provided information on how to get a copy of the publication
Will members receive a Certificate of membership? Yes. Once your membership is completed and you are admitted into membership, you will be provided information on how to get your membership certificate
How often is the registry updated? The registry will be updated monthly as new members are admitted to the society
How long will the registry be maintained?
How can I be of assistance to the society? As a new society, our success will depend in large part on creating awareness of the society. This is where you will be of assistance to the society. We encourage you and your colleagues to spread the word about us and encourage qualified prom participants to apply for membership. It is free.
What are the benefits of being listed in the book and Registry? Members should look forward to the following potential benefits: 1) You will be listed in the Online Prom Registry and Publication), (2) You will be profiled in the publication “Best of America’s Prom Queens, Kings, Princes and Princesses”, (3) Lifetime free membership in the society, (4) Nationwide recognition of your accomplishments, (5) Registry and Publication, (6) Recognition Certificate, (7) Mention in your resume and Keepsake book for posterity and (9)Classmates will envy you
